HOW DOES TOTAL SALLY WORK?
I create unique designs and have them printed on a variety of products, including tees, jackets, pillows, blankets, and more! To ensure the best quality and prices, I work with printers across the U.S. Some specialty items, like jackets and select bags, are printed in China and may take about two weeks to ship.
If you ever receive an item that is damaged or printed poorly, no worries! You can request a reprint or refund through the manufacturer.
Why do some designs appear on multiple tees?
Some designs are available on different tees because of quality differences—some are more affordable, while others offer a premium feel. This way, you can choose what works best for you!

RETURN POLICY
If you receive an item from Total Sally that is printed with poor quality or damaged, please contact me within 30 days for either a refund or a reprint.
Because Total Sally items are printed on demand it's not always possible to return for sizing problems. Please review sizing carefully or contact me directly via Instagram @totalsally or via email with questions regarding sizing.
I'm always willing to try and find a solution for returns even though many manufacturers and printers will not accept them unless they arrive damaged or misprinted.
Please have your order information on hand for any returns.
